These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pest Free website at www.pestfree.online and the pest control services coordinated by Pest Free Private Limited ("Pest Free", "we", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Pest Free Private Limited is registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 703/A, Landsend Bldg., Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053, India.
Pest Free operates as a pest control service aggregator and coordinator. We do not directly employ pest control technicians. Instead, we maintain a verified network of independent, licensed pest control partner professionals across India. Pest Free coordinates services on your behalf and assumes full accountability for service quality and outcomes.

Pest Free offers a complimentary on-site inspection for residential and commercial properties in our service cities. The inspection is subject to technician availability. No payment is required for the inspection. Following the inspection, a written, itemised quotation is provided. You are under no obligation to proceed with any treatment.
Pest Free operates across 50+ cities in India. Service availability varies by location. City-level availability can be confirmed by contacting our team via WhatsApp or phone prior to booking.
All prices displayed on the Pest Free website are indicative starting rates only, exclusive of GST. The final price is confirmed in a written quotation after the complimentary on-site inspection. GST is applicable at the prevailing government rate (currently 18%).
Payment is made directly to the partner professional upon completion of the treatment. Accepted methods include UPI, cash, bank transfer, and net banking. A receipt and warranty certificate are issued upon payment.
The price stated in your written quotation is the final price you pay — inclusive of chemicals and labour. No additional charges will be applied without your explicit written approval.
All Pest Free services come with a warranty against recurrence of the treated pest:
To claim a warranty re-treatment, contact Pest Free via WhatsApp at +91 90985 51144 within the warranty period, providing the treatment receipt and a description of the recurrence. Pest Free will arrange a complimentary re-treatment within 48–72 hours.
The warranty does not cover new infestations from a different source, properties where post-treatment care instructions were not followed, or areas of the property not included in the original treatment scope.

Pest Free's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Pest Free will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; property damage or personal injury resulting from failure to follow post-treatment instructions; or delays resulting from factors outside Pest Free's control.
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting Pest Free via WhatsApp at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice may incur a nominal call-out fee where the technician has already departed for the property.
All content on the Pest Free website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pest Free Private Limited and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Pest Free reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
